  • Founder and Senior Consultant

    Kelvin is a senior business and management consultant with over 27 years of professional experience. He is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded and served as President of Global Health Service Group Inc. (2008) and BCMMO Inc. (2013), and also co-founded Canada China SMEs. His client portfolio spans small and medium-sized enterprises across local, national, and international markets.

    Kelvin has an Executive MBA & a graduate diploma in ergonomic intervention for workplaces’ health and safety from UQAM. He has also a bachelor degree in nursing science from the University of Montreal. In addition, he also took some graduated courses in China while working on business & marketing over there. In 2013, he attended special training in Chinese business economic development with other international entrepreneurs in Beijing.

    Johnny brings over 18 years of professional and management experience across a range of large industries, including healthcare, energy, and aerospace. He is passionate about data-driven decision-making and values a collaborative approach to achieving business goals.

    He holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. With certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Project Leader, Johnny is also deeply committed to business process improvement and operational excellence.
